  • Personal Data

While using our Website, you may provide us with certain personally identifiable information that could reasonably be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personal Data may include, but is not limited to: your name, street address, email address, and telephone number. Personal Data may also include credit card information. Personal Data also includes Your employer or organizations that you are a member of, information about your colleagues or those within your organization, your status with an organization, and similar data to the extent you share the same with us. Personal Data, other than credit card information, may be entered into and stored in our secure database. If you enter your credit card information on our Website to make a gift or register for an event online using your credit card information, we enter this information into our secure database which allows us to have a record of your gift history and the ability to issue you a receipt. When the credit card information is passed to the third-party credit card processor it is removed from memory and is not maintained in our records. We use PayPal to process all credit card payments. You acknowledge that any credit card information you provide could pass through and may be stored in servers outside our control. By making a monetary transaction through the Site, you agree to PayPal’s privacy policies and practices.   • Usage Data

This refers to data collected automatically as a result of your use of the Website, whether generated by your use of the Website (for example, where you visit on the Website) or as a result of Website infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit). This includes usage metrics, content interactions (including searches, views, downloads, prints, shares, streams, and display or playback details), and user history (including clickstreams and page navigation), content viewed or searched for, page response times, page interaction information, advertising interactions and marketing preferences.

Disclosure to Our Sponsors

We may disclose Personal Data and/or other information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy to our sponsors for the purpose of those sponsors reaching out to you to provide you with special marketing and advertising offers provided only to certain of our alumni and donors. These sponsors will have access to your name and contact information only and shall use the same solely to contact you about such offers, which you may opt-out from receiving by contacting the sponsor directly.

We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data. These include using encryption for your data while it is being transmitted between your device or browser and our servers.
